BALLET

Ballet is a fundamental and classical style of dance. In ballet, students will focus on terminology, proper alignment, precise positions, poise, balance, grace and much more. Most importantly, Ballet is such a core part of dance curriculum that it is often a prerequisite for other dance styles.

JAZZ

One of the most popular dance styles of dance today, jazz emphasizes turns, jumps, flexibility, isolations, strength and coordination. Our jazz classes highlight many different styles of jazz dance including traditional jazz, musical theater, and contemporary jazz.

TAP

Tap is a percussive style of dance where dancers use their feet as an instrument. Our tap classes focus on a variety of tap genres, musicality, timing, and rhythm.

ACRO

Acro dance is a style of dance that combines classical dance technique with precision acrobatic elements. It is defined by its athletic character, its unique choreography, which seamlessly blends dance and acrobatics, and its use of acrobatics in a dance context.

HIP HOP

Hip Hop comes from street dance styles. Hip hop is the style of dance featured in popular music videos and award shows. It includes breaking, popping and locking and free styling. We offer age appropriate movements and music.

CONTEMPORARY

This newer form of dance takes many of the different classical modern dance techniques and gives them a new up-to-date twist. Contemporary dance requires a great deal of control and strength. Students will learn to control balance, partner with each other and many turns & jumps.
